Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Dear Patient,

Dermatologic care is about more than treating skin conditions—it’s about helping patients feel confident, comfortable, and supported throughout their care journey. Whether managing a chronic skin condition, addressing a new concern, or focusing on preventive skin health, I believe in providing compassionate, individualized care and helping patients understand all of their treatment options.

My passion for dermatology began at a young age. As a child, I was seen by a dermatologist for various skin conditions. The acceptance, empathy, and guidance I received helped me navigate treatment options and gave me the confidence to make informed decisions about my care. Those experiences inspired me to pursue a career where I could provide the same support and reassurance to others.

My educational journey began at Michigan State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology through Lyman Briggs College. I then obtained my Associate Degree in Nursing from Northwestern Michigan College before earning my Master of Science in Nursing from Bradley University.  During my Master’s degree program, I worked as a registered nurse at Dermatology Associates alongside Megan Gremban, PA-C, further strengthening my knowledge and appreciation for the field of dermatology.

I was born and raised in Gaylord, Michigan, and I frequently return to Northern Michigan to enjoy winter sports and beautiful summer days on the lake. Today, my husband, daughter, and our dogs are proud to call West Michigan home.
